To flash this onto your raspberry pi:
sudo dd bs=1m if=./2012-10-28-wheezy-raspbian-chef.img of=/dev/<raw device> #substitute <raw device> for your own raw device ie: rdisk1

Login with:
user:pi
password:raspberry

Be sure to run sudo raspi-config after boot.
